Andersonville was founded in 1981 and has been serving Christian workers in the field for more than four decades. Our mission statement is “Our mission is to provide a quality Bible-based education to preachers, teachers, and counselors of God’s word so that they might be able to faithfully proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and to disciple other Christians in God’s word.” We have been fulfilling this mission across the nation and the world for over forty years.

I am so glad that you have chosen to consider becoming a part of the ATS family, joining a student body of over 3,000 active students and thousands of alumni worldwide. For over four decades, I have watched as ATS has grown into one of the premier Bible schools in America. Over the years, many things have changed at ATS so that our students might have the best opportunities to receive a seminary education while actively serving in the field. I earned the Batchelor’s, Master’s and Doctorate of Biblical Exposition now known as the Doctor Of Christian Education in Biblical Exposition. I am teaching at church, and am a Chaplain for The Scottish American Military Society thru their Auxiliary for which I am the coordinator. My church conference also has me training for the Certified Lay Leader Ministry (only one course to finish) and asked me to teach when I finish. They also have me enrolled in the International Leadership Institute for which I will become a trainer when all courses are completed. . I have also completed the training and am a commissioned Stephen Minister. My degrees have afforded me many opportunities to serve.
