A Message From our President

Andersonville was founded in 1981 and has been serving Christian workers in the field for more than four decades. Our mission statement is “Our mission is to provide a quality Bible-based education to preachers, teachers, and counselors of God’s word so that they might be able to faithfully proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and to disciple other Christians in God’s word.” We have been fulfilling this mission across the nation and the world for over forty years.

presidentWelcome to Andersonville Theological Seminary, a seminary with a distinguished history and strong degree programs. I am so glad that you have chosen to consider becoming a part of the ATS family, joining a student body of over 3,000 active students and thousands of alumni worldwide. For over four decades, I have watched as ATS has grown into one of the premier Bible schools in America. Over the years, many things have changed at ATS so that our students might have the best opportunities to receive a seminary education while actively serving in the field. Yet, one thing has not changed and that is ATS’s commitment to teaching God’s word in a verse-by-verse style as frequently as is possible in each ATS degree program. We hope that you will join with us as we spread the Word to a lost and dying world. God bless!
