Writings of Luke
Program Overview
The Th.D. in New Testament with an emphasis in the Writings of Luke requires thirty-nine (39) semester hours to graduate. The program focuses heavily upon the Greek translation of Luke’s writings. (Hebrews is included as potentially being authored by Luke). The student will learn Luke’s vocabulary, syntax, style, and theology through the coursework and translation work.
Students must complete both the Theological Comprehensive Exams and a Dissertation.
